Goliardos is registered at the General Justice Inspection under the number 6396 in book 120 SRL, 20th July 2004.

Reservation policies

All reservations must be written (e-mailed or faxed).
Reservation requests will be answered within the following 72 hours.
Reservations are confirmed only when the stipulated down payment is fulfilled by the clients or when the whole payment is done, or after the service is delivered when the client’s American express credit card data is provided by the client. Agencies that have an account with Goliards SRL will follow the policy established for each particular case.

The mailing of budgets does not imply reservation commitments on behalf of Goliardos SRL.
The validity of budgets end 20 days after budget is e-mailed by Goliardos SRL. Changes to budgets may take place once their validity has terminated.

Reservations will be confirmed only after fifty percent of the budget is paid in cases when Goliardos SRL remains responsible for the reservations of other services such as: land or water transportations, restaurants, estancia visits, museum visits, tango classes. The remaining payment must be completed 48 hs prior to the service. When the payment is done by check the remaining payment is to be done 7 days in advance.

Cancellation, Refund and Goliardos SRL

Passengers or agencies are entitled to refunds in the case of cancellations.
Refunds will suffer discount fees according to the moment of cancellation notification

Once reservations are confirmed, Goliardos SRL does not take responsibility for any modifications or canceling done by passengers or due to delays or cancellations of flights or other transportation media.

Means of Payment

Partial or total payment may be done by means of checks, deposits or bank transferences, Mastercard and American Express credit cards, by cash both in Argentinean pesos or American dollars and/or via Moneygram transferences.

Special Conditions

Goliards SRL reserves the right to cancel or change tours, programs.
Payment and the acceptance of vouchers are to be considered as counter payment of the mentioned conditions.

Goliardos SRL reserves the right of admission on any passenger whose behaviors affects the normal unfolding of services, the rights, and safety of the other passengers in the group.

Goliardos SRL assumes no responsibility for the needed arrangements or problems derived from those passengers who due to health problems or that are not physically able to fulfill the reserved service.

Limitations on Goliardos SRL Liabilities

Goliardos SRL (its owners, associates, agents and employees) is not liable for death, injury, illness, damage, delay, inconvenience or other loss to person nor property of any kind caused by an Act of God, war, civil commotions, labor trouble, governmental interference, fire, theft, or any other cause beyond Goliardos SRL´s reasonable control, or any other act not shown to be caused by Goliardos SRL´s, negligence.

• Right to deviate from route

Goliardos SRL may for any reason, without notice or liability for payment or compensation, make any reasonable change required to the proposed itinerary.

• Baggage and Personal Effects

Goliardos SRL is not liable for any loss.
Luggage and personal effects remain fully under passenger´s responsibility

Therefore you accept to free from responsibility, to protect and keep unharmed Goliardos SRL, its executives, directors, employees, agents, providers and others in the face of losses, expenditures, damages and costs as well as from the reasonable honoraries of lawyers that result from any violation on your part of these terms and conditions or any activity (negligent or illicit behavior) on your part or by a third one acting on your behalf.
